The Change Management Institute invites you to share your ideas and shape the practice of change management in the United Kingdom at our inaugural two day conference.
The conference offers a packed agenda across three streams, exploring the ‘Benchmarks, Boundaries & Beyond’ of change management practice today in the UK. This format allows you to tailor your conference experience and create your own schedule to around your interests and objectives.
Over the two days of the conference, you will have ample opportunity to develop your capability as a change manager or leader, hear about leading edge case studies and learn about research and emerging ideas in the field.
This years conference will convene at Altitude 360, 21-24 Millbank London SW1P 4QP, on Monday 31st October & Tuesday 1st November 2011.
What are the change manager and leader benchmarks?
The benchmarks stream provides change management practitioners and leaders the opportunity to attend workshops facilitated by experts in the field and develop skills in managing or leading change.
For practitioners, this will cover each of the skill areas defined in the Change Management Practitioner Competency Model. There will be an opportunity to conduct a self-assessment against the competency model and understand personal development areas. For those who may later wish to be professional accreditated these sessions help prepare for the Change Management Institute accreditation process.
How are organisations pushing change management boundaries?
The boundaries stream will showcase leading edge, real case studies that demonstrate how innovative approaches have been applied in the practice of managing or leading change.
Discuss the challenges, successes and learnings of change initiatives with business leaders from across many industry sectors.

Leading academics and researchers present their findings and latest ideas on new change management approaches.
